We collect only what’s needed to move and track your shipment:
Your information is used to clear customs, generate tracking updates, calculate shipping costs, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Consignment data is shared with the carriers, customs brokers and last-mile operators directly involved in moving it — no further than is needed to complete the movement. Where a client has supplied us a consignee’s details so we can deliver, we act as that client’s logistics partner for that consignment only, and we don’t use those details for anything else.
Business enquiries submitted through our contact form are shared internally with the teams who handle quoting, routing and operations for the lane you asked about. That may include colleagues at the partner organisations we operate warehouses and freight capacity with, where they need the detail to price or route your consignment. We don’t sell enquiry data, and we don’t add you to a marketing list.
Shipment and tracking records are retained for as long as needed for customs, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, consistent with Indian regulatory retention requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us what information we hold about a shipment, request a correction, or ask us to delete records once they’re no longer required for the reasons above. Reach out using the details below.
